2. Daya Counselling Centre

Counselling based on compassion. Helping clients have a renewed sense of hope and confidence as they resolve issues, reduce distress, and achieve personal growth. Subsidies are available, where the cost of counselling will be adjusted on a sliding scale based on your income. Full subsidies are available for those with an income below the low-income cut-off, determined by Statistics Canada for medium-sized cities.

4. Mental Health Crises ServicesSalvation Army, Centre Of Hope

Professional counselling is available 24 hours a day for people with a serious mental illness 16 years or older. They offer crisis counselling by phone, in person, and peer support in an office setting, a visit from the 24-hour mobile crisis counselling team at a location of your choice, safe beds, and links to other services.

5. Salvation Army, Centre Of Hope

Salvation Army offers a free counselling and support program for people impacted by trauma. In partnership with Kings College, assistance runs throughout the school terms. The Centre is now open every Monday and Wednesday, 10:30 am – 12:30 pm and 1:00 pm – 3:30 pm for in-person intakes. Appointments will be booked on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

6. Mission Services – Quintin Warner House

This branch of Mission Services of London is a 10-bed addiction treatment centre providing a four-month live-in program for males 18 years of age and older. It’s a safe and secure place, where men can work to overcome addictions and address issues such as anger and trauma histories.
